Infincom Earns ProMasters Service Award From

Toshiba For Second Year in a Row

Toshiba America Business Solutions Pays Tribute to Dealers Providing
Outstanding Customer Service and Technical Support
 

Phoenix, Arizona - Apr 28, 2010 -  Phoenix’s own Infincom, Inc today announced it has received it's second ProMasters Service Award from Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS). The ProMasters Service Award serves to recognize dealers’ technical support and customer service excellence. This award marks Infincom’s  2nd year being recognized for its outstanding technical expertise and dedicated service.

Only dealers that have surpassed rigorous standards, evaluations and an ongoing qualification process, and that continually demonstrate an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service and knowledge in support of Toshiba products, software and services, are eligible to receive the ProMasters designation. Qualifications for receiving the ProMasters Service Award include meeting and surpassing numerous performance standards including:

  • Toshiba-trained Technicians – ProMasters dealers must maintain a certain percentage of field technicians trained on current Toshiba MFP models and controllers. They are also evaluated as to their percentage of trained and certified technicians who are Toshiba TOP TECH award recipients.

  • D.A.T.E Program Participation – They may achieve additional points for participating in Toshiba’s key Dealer Administered Technical Education program.

  • Performance Plus – Performance also may be judged based upon important elements such as machine up-time, the average customer service response time, as well as frequency in reporting machine set-up information that provides valuable feedback to Toshiba’s service support centers. Toshiba dealers that meet all of the above standards are then scored and evaluated by Toshiba on service competency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
