Tiffany has been in the copier industry for 24 years, holding various positions including Vice President of Aftermarket as well as Director of Major Accounts. Recognizing that the customer needs something more from a dealer, she and Jeff decided to start Infincom, allowing them to truly cater to the customer after the sale. “Service is the backbone of this industry. As a dealer and as a team, if we make a promise to respond to our customers’ needs and we follow through, only then do we earn the right to do business with that customer,” says Tiffany. “To me, Infincom is about doing the right thing for our customers, our employees and our community. We take time to have fun, celebrate our customers and our employees, while working hard to grow our client base.”

Darren Johnson

Previously working as a Sales Executive, Darren is now a Vice President of Infincom. He takes pride in achieving his goal of owning his own business and being able to implement new workflows to assist in developing better business processes for companies around the valley.
